The Binger Center for New Americans' Annual Immigration Law Forum.

This panel will bring together leading experts in immigration law and civil rights to explore inequitable systems and policies that perpetuate racism on an institutional level. The panel will discuss the historically intertwined nature of anti-Black and anti-immigrant policies and their shared lineages.  Panelists will identify troubling policies that exist today and provide a historical framework for the rest of the conference.
