Dr. Pavone will discuss how to move a health care innovation from concept to market using the Lean Launchpad methodology, which has been adopted as “I-Corps” by NIH and other federal agencies to promote translation of research-based innovations into successful licensed products and ventures that have real-world impact. She will also present an overview of MIN-Corps commercialization education and coaching programs, as well as University of Minnesota commercialization resources.
