Kari Gordon, a manager at MEDITECH and 2005 BS alumna in scientific and technical communication, has worked with online help writing, software documentation, usability testing, user experience design, software testing, project coordination, and management. Jim Hall is the chief information officer for Ramsey County. He graduated from the University of Minnesota MS program in scientific & technical communication in 2014.
