This PILL-Rx session focused on: Pharmacogenomics: a community pharmacy implementation program
Pharmacogenomics has the potential to improve medication related outcomes through medication selection and dosing based on a patient’s genetic makeup. Community pharmacists are uniquely positioned to provide this innovative care. Through this session, Amanda Schroepfer and Hibo Ismail will share the establishment, continued development and lessons learned of the Pharmacogenomics Program through Goodrich Pharmacy.
