Covered how to:
- search for folks not listed in your program drop down menu, or when you are not logged into the specific program
- search for archived folks
- audit dates of training to ensure they are accurate if folks are completing training that is a different length than the standard for the program
- reset a password
- content that is editable when you have level 5 coordinator access (address, phone numbers, license uploads, custom data, PECOS enrollment check off)
- remove info when you have a fellow who came from a local residency program (delete advisor, continuity clinic)
- use the advisor section as a hack to ensure CCC Chair has access to semi annual review section in RMS if the program is using that to prepare for CCCs
- upload a new photo or replace an outdated one
