A conversation on Prisoner of the Infidels: The Memoir of an Ottoman Muslim in Seventeenth-Century Europe led by editor and translator Giancarlo Casale, associate professor of history at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, as well as a professor with the European University Institute, in conversation with UMN graduate student Fikri Cicek, who specializes in the Ottoman Empire.
